DOORS Help Content and Index tab

So with the latest updates to our DOORS a lot of users are running into issues using the Help menu for Content and Index tab.

3 questions

  1. Does anyone else have/had this issue before?
  2. Is it possible to modify the help menu Content and Index to instead go to a webpage instead?
  3. Could the help menu be disabled and a new help menu created customized to our users?

did you install the correct IBM Java version, and is the "JAVA_HOME" pointing to this version?
